Ok, so I have an interest in trying to put together a Mortal Kombat: Dark Alliance tournament.
What is the best way to go about doing something of this nature? Has anyone here done something similar?

Never done one similar but you can find such things on the internet. Actually I take that back I did win a Mortal Kombat 2 tournament in college. We did just the basic two tiered approach, not that many people wanted to play, and ended up with just two people.
Damn I wish I could remember the site but they gave rules on how to do such things. I think it was a site about video game records.
