Are you sure you posted the right video? There doesn’t appear to be any comedy in it. Mostly it’s just puerile bigotry with a random laugh track over it. All it seems to demonstrate is that you don’t know anything about transgenderism or indeed sexual orientation.
Don’t quit your day job. Unless this is your day job, in which case feel free to.

You cannot punch down in comedy. It does not work and no one will think you’re funny. You can make fun of groups you are a part of. If you want to make fun of groups you are not a part of of you must be tremendously brilliant at joke writing (which you are years away from being) and do so in a way that it is clear you are not actually being mean spirited.
If you want to do distasteful comedy you at least have to come up with something original, unexpected, witty? You really have none of that. It’s just a collection of comments I’d hear in a conversation between two bigots. Just an eyeroll and a big yawn from me.
