Trend Micro tells me that I have a virus “TROJ_RENOS.DU” in qzviz.dll. It says that it cannot remove or put in quarantine. It also says that I can remove the infected file if I don’t need, but trying to remove it says that it is a system file and removing it may cause my computer to not function. Does anyone know how I can successfully remove this virus/trojan?

The file qzviz.dll is associated with a spyware program known as SpyLocked or SpywareLocked. Instructions and tools to remove it can be found here.
Thanks Fear Itself… I ran the program “SmitfraudFix” as outlined in bleepingcomputer and it removed the qzviz.dll file and the “help” icon that called up Spylocked or SpywareLocked site which activated the TROJ_RENOS.DU program. But, when I run my TrendMicro Internet Security program, it says the virus is still present, but cannot do anything. Anyway, the trojan/virus is not molesting me anymore, and that is good. I trust that it is really gone. Many thanks for the bleepingcomputer link.
