This is somewhat esoteric, but just out of curiosity, does anybody know the vocal ranges for the various parts in the musical Into The Woods?
A quick google search turned up [/url=http://www.stageagent.com/cb/info.pl/ti/into_the_woods]this page, which has ranges indicated for all the parts. The only reason I can think of for any inaccuracy would be the addition in the recent revival of “Our Little World” (Rapunzel and Witch) but I don’t think it matters, because as I recall, it’s not a super-high song. I can check my score if you want, but I would think that site is probably correct.

Ranges aside, it’s a thoroughly gnarly, unappealing score as are most Sondheim scores post-Sweeney Todd.
