Saving Private Ryan isn’t on it, so I can’t vote.
:smack: I plead old age.
I would have voted for Shawshank as well as Fargo, but I’ve seen it so many times, it’s finally losing its impact.
The Unforgiven
Of the choices listed, I chose Goodfellas.
Also, I would like to take a moment to point out that I hate Office Space. My hatred of Office Space is fairly well-documented on these boards, but really, no amount of repetition can suffice. Gods, do I hate Office Space.
No “The.” That was a different flick.
So does that mean you won’t be coming over to my “Movie Night Feature Party” where I show Office Space & Santa Sangre?
Office Space ?
T2 ?
Are you serious?
My top 3 were Shawshank, Pulp Fiction and Fargo. Ultimately, I jumped on the Pulp Fiction bandwagon.
Only 1 of these (Groundhog) was in my top 20, so that got my vote…
Well, ban my ass, 'cause I voted Shawshank. But Pulp and Fargo were my next choices, so do I get redeemed?
Actually my real top choice wasn’t included. Like koeeoaddi I would’ve gone for Sense and Sensibility.
I agree, but Shawshank is still a good movie.
Of the titles offered, I voted for Fargo but it’s a virtual dead heat between it and Pulp Fiction for me.
If Quiz Show, The Insider, Sense and Sensibility, or The Remains of the Day were included then I would have considered those as well.
Which one? About the pig, or the baseball player?
Heh…care to guess how I feel about it?
No love for **Magnolia **I see, maybe I’m biased towards it because my first viewing of it is still in recent memory. I also think Eyes Wide Shut should have made it on there…
The only ones I actually paid money to see were **Apollo 13, Pulp Fiction **and Shawshank.
I voted for L.A. Confidential. I love this one!
The pig.
My top three: LA Confidential, Groundhog Day, and Babe.
You know, I love Office Space, but “Best film of the 90s?” Who could think that?
