Oh, another two who I had to look to what year the film and/or TV show was made to make sure I knew who I was watching (and briefly thought one was the other’s daughter): Helen Hunt and Leelee Sobieski.
I don’t really think any of those stunt doubles actually look like the actors they’re doubling so that they’d be mistaken for them on the street, it’s all make-up, prosthetics and costuming.

I watched a clip of what I thought was Rachel Bloom playing an astronomer…turns out it was an actual astronomer named Amy Mainzer.

Oh, that’s easy. Amy Adams and Isla Fischer are around 5’1" while Bryce Dallas Howard and Jessica Chastain are about six inches taller. (However, once you get beyond that, I’ll grant you the distinctions get a lot more fuzzy.)
