This comes to us from The Blaze, so take with the obligatory grain of cyanide.
Walmart Refused to Create Confederate Flag Cake. The Next Day Same Customer Asks Store for Cake With Islamic State Flag. Want to Guess How It Pans Out?
Yeah, it seems they did that. Article includes photo.
Should we all be as outraged as The Blaze is about this? Does Walmart have some cakesplaining to do?
ETA: Okay, article says Walmart sort of disavows it, that the guy who took the order and/or made the cake didn’t recognize it, didn’t know it was ISIS flag. Pass the cyanide, please.
See? This is why we can’t have nice things.
Not to defend Wal-mart, but they’re saying the employee didn’t recognize the ISIS flag, and didn’t think anything of it. Their position is they wouldn’t have made either cake.

Much ado about muffin.
And other baked goods.
Until a few weeks ago, I wouldn’t have recognized the ISIS flag either. It’s only because of the mixup in flags at a recent Gay Pride parade that I ever saw the ISIS flag in the first place.
I don’t blame some low-paid bakery worker for not recognizing it, either.
What about the faux-ISIS dildo flag? Will Wal-Mart bake that one?
That was my point- until that flap about the dildo flag that supposedly looked like an ISIS flag, I couldn’t have told you what the ISIS flag looked like. Not one person in 100 could have.
Is some minimum wage guy at a Wal-Mart bakery supposed to be smarter than everyone else?
Obviously, the point here is that Wal-Mart loves gays and Sharia, because that makes sense somehow if you turn your head sideways and squint.
