Jesus almost crushing a Vietnam veteran (presumably) . Wonder if that’s supposed to symbolize something.
I prefer the old ship design, the newdesign looks weird. The underside being a giant TV is cool though. The aliens could broadcast the next Superbowl.
I’m only through the first 8 minutes, but I’m already extremely disappointed at the terrible dialog and bad acting.
And I’m not one to complain about such things too often.

I suppose the comments here made me watch it with a more critical eye, but I wasn’t hugely impressed. I’m sure there’s some interesting story that could be told around the premise of a worldwide encounter with aliens, maybe they’ve found it. I’ll give it a shot.
