Yeah. This is exactly the sort of person who should never be allowed out of prison. Not for moral reasons, but because they are just too dangerous.
It was one of the “related” threads listed after a current thread. Given the arresting title it seemed worthy of opening, and then providing a resolution to it.
There are a shitload of functional sociopaths (clinical name “Antisocial Personality Disorder”) in the world (Trump, anybody?), but this guy is at the far end of the spectrum.
