Wanted: author, illustrator and or ISBN of "Bert and Ernie Go to the Beach"

I am desperately trying to find a copy of this children’s book. It’s one of the better written and illustrated books to come out of the glut of mid-70s Sesame Street/Children’s Television Workshop’s books featuring the Muppets. My dog-eared copy has disappeared and I want to replace it. I, of course, have no ISBN, author or illustrator. But I know you folks enjoy a challenge!

Plot: Bert and Ernie pack up their bags and go on a series of misadventures that take them far beyond Sesame Street. Heading for a beach vacation, they run out of gas, work on Farmer Grover’s farm, take a detour through a drive-in Safari, go camping overnight, end up sightseeing atop Bald Mountain before finally hitting the beach.
