This!
Worth the click!
It loaded really slow for me, so I’ll partially spoil it: It’s a slideshow of photos of funny (and supposedly-funny) fast food signs.
That one photo must be in a White Castle. I can’t think of anywhere else where it would be more appropriate.
My favorite, out of signs I’ve personally seen, was for a Wendy’s. The sign was apparently supposed to say “now hiring closers.” What it read was “now hiring losers.”
#15 is no fail, it’s Surrealism. The employees are enriching their vocabulary by playing exquisite corpse!
How is #22 a fail? Beer in these places would be cool, and Germany already does it. The real fail there is when the newscaster mentions beer, and it shows a picture of something being poured onto ice. And the nanny quotes.
I’ve seen parking for drive-through customers; it’s the customers who have to wait for their food to be ready and don’t want to hold up the queue. The staff know where they need to go out and hand over the ‘food’.
I’ve changed those signs outside restaurants before, so I think some of those may be due to prankers.
The sign that I changed ended up saying something like “try our quick and tasty waitresses.” I don’t remember what the last word (or words) was, but my brother did see it and was somewhat confused. This was back in the late 1970s.

Berkshire Hathaway owns Dairy Queen and the sign must be in Omaha, where the shareholder meetings are held every year.
If anything, it’s Huffington Post’s caption that is a FAIL: It’s not the the Q3 report – it’s the Annual Report that the shareholders would be viewing. In fact, during the 2009 Annual Meeting, the shareholders bought 8,000 Blizzards.
Or maybe I missed something entirely.
nuts.
my laptap really doesn’t like that site. won’t load worth a dang.
guess it’ll have to wait until i can fire up big bertha at home.
It doesn’t like Firefox, I guess. The slide show was changing too fast to read the signs. And I couldn’t hit the Stop button quick enough because it moved with each different-sized photo. I got the gist of it though.
Yeah, some of those were definately vandalism. But still funny to my 12-year-old sense of humor.
