Yeah, some people eat like crap, smoke, drink, and are sedentary while living into their eighties. Others eat well, exercise, and die in their 40s of heart attacks.
My SIL had a friend whose husband just literally dropped dead while out jogging in a park-like wooded area in Austin- it was some sort of freak thing with his heart and had nothing to do with his diet or conditioning. I suspect Milojevic’s issue was something similar.
