Oh, and the name isn’t Ebonics in origin. It’s simply the first thing someone says after tasting the stuff. Blaaaaak! 
I’m with Freudian. It didn’t taste as bad as I was expecting it to taste. Still bad, but not awful.
I like Black Cherry Vanilla Coke. I’ll have to stockpile.
I think it only came on the market in Canada this past summer – I definitely remember cute girls giving out complimentary bottles. It’s definitely an odd taste, but I like it OK, and my permanently sleep-deprived wife thinks it’s a fine energy drink, as well as something that goes nicely with bourbon.
I loved Coke Blak, but I just couldn’t bring myself to pay that much for it on a regular basis.
