I answered “something else” because I think he was making a joke.
She walked around the city street in her bra. Clearly she was showing off. Clearly she would appreciate a sincere compliment.
Kudos to Don Lemon for taking the chance and complimenting her. Others (such as myself) would have been afraid of being criticized for making a sexist comment-even though it clearly was not.
Kathy wanted a compliment and got one. All part of her outrageous shtick. Did anyone think she removed her coat because it was too warm?
btw Brooke deserves a similar compliment. She’s just as… full as Kathy. 
It’s a compliment, and exactly the type of compliment she was looking for. Slightly inappropriate but still funny.
She wanted to draw attention to her boobs, and succeeded. Seems pretty appropriate to me.
