My son was watching them all on our cable’s On Demand channel and episode #29 dealt with conspiracy theories, one of which was the Moon Walk Hoax. They were interviewing some crazy man who keeps all his water in a vodka bottle marked with a V who maintains a website with pictures that prove the moon walk was a hoax— and it looked exactly like seethruart’s site.
Were me 'n Zoltarb the only ones who made this connection?
I thought I heard that the guy on the show had died. Not that that means it couldn’t have been seethruart.

I know he passed a short while ago. He has his own sites that are nothing like the weirdness that was Seethruart. I mean ol’ Bill was a wingnut but nowhere near as chockonutty as Seethru.
There were 2 moon walk hoax guys on the show. One said that it was physically impossible because “there’s no air up there!” and there was another, really looney guy, with the website and the disguised water.
The guy with the Vodka bottle is Ralph Rene. Here’s his website. I don’t think he’s seethruart, who could see alien spaceships in pictures of lunar dust an rocks.
Did you know that the guy talking after him is Phil Plait, the Bad Astronomer, a former member here? Here’s his website. It has a messageboard, too. If you want to ask about seethruart there, they know him as Piper. I think Piper/seethruart even learned about the SDMB at the Bad Astronomy Message Board (as did I, but that’s the only thing we have in common

How come Phil is no longer a member? Too expensive? Too much work to do with his own mesage board and shilling for the evil NASA cabal?
