First of all, my condolences to all for what happenend with the Columbia. Today we’re remembering the big disaster we had exactly 50 years ago here in Holland, when the dykes broke during a storm and 1836 people drowned. And in the middle of all remembrance the news of the Columbia broke. Really terrible, everything.
So now back to less serious stuff: the answer to that question about the stamina of male porn stars, wasn’t that incomplete? I’m sure that the technique described in the answer is used regularly, but I’m also quite sure that’s not always the case. Since Napster and Kazaa it’s very easy to look at more and more footage (for research purposes). Often these aren’t very sophisticated movies, without any cuts in the shooting (it’s all one, long shot, and I’m sure it’s not made to look like one shot afterwards!), and still the guy can go on pounding hard for 15 minutes or more.
So does anyone of you (maybe someone with first hand experience?) know what other techniques are used? Or is there just a bunch of supermen out there, of which I am not one?
Drugs, maybe? When I first started taking Luvox for depression, I suffered a side effect of inorgasmia, the inability to reach sexual climax. It wasn’t impossible, actually, but pretty damn difficult. I thought it was great when it first turned up-I could pound away for as long as my physical stamina held up without orgasming. Woo-hoo! Some guys are slower than others. For myself, 15 minutes is very, very fast. Conditions would have to be near perfect for me to be finished in that time frame. Over an hour isn’t uncommon, though of course the pace varies during that time.
i think it’s psychological. those porn stars are not really being sexually stimiulated as all of us are because they are not having sex with someone they love or are particularly attracted to. so when they are pounding away, they are not aroused as much, and as a result they don’t reach climax very quickly.
also, they have sex so much that it really isn’t anything new and exciting tothem and again they are not aroused as much.
Research purporses my ass! If you’ll leave your wiener alone (as real researchers, such as myself, do) you will note the following performance enhancing thingies.
They shoot the scenes with more than one camera aimed at more than one area of interest. Then show them in sequence.
They loop the shots. You get the same bits more than once.
What is referred to in the trade as, “stunt dicks.” The real close ups are sometimes somebody else’s equipment. I read someplace that there are entire libraries of these shots so that specifics in hair, skin tone, size, etc can be matched. Sorry no cite on that.

Like all movie making, there are a variety of tricks and techniques that can be used. Euty didn’t try to cover all of them, just to say that it’s a movie, not a fixed camera recording real time. Heck, there are even scenes where the guy just acts, and may not be erect because it’s hidden from view. Doesn’t mean he can’t act like he’s going at it.

Ok…whats everyones average “time”. Do you women actually want to go at it for over an hour? Every woman I’ve been with is fine with 5 to 15 mins not including foreplay, etc. Longer than that and it gets sore or so they claim. So be honest…how long?
