1 of the couples is a gay couple (the other two are straight couples). I’m pleasantly surprised they weren’t on a “theme” show. (IIRC they did a celebrity gay couple episode)

It would be so easy to win The Newlywed Game…all you would have to do is pick one female name and one male name, and when you get a question asking to name a person, just use that name. Same thing goes for body parts, locations and numbers… Just pick one “go to” answer going in and you can walk away with the top prizes.
I am also happy to see them include gay couples! I’m glad George Takei and Brad weren’t the one and only gays on that show.
