Watever happend to Generation X?

You know from Marvel comics…

It’s been so long since I bought a comic and this was one of my favorites.

So…

what ever happend to…

Banshee
M
Jubilee
Chamber (my favorite)
Skin
Mondo
Husk…etc, etc?

Grant Morrison showed some of these characters in a European branch of the X-Men, and some of them got killed by Weapon XII. M was in this, along with Siryn, Madrox and Sabra.

Chamber was briefly a member of Uncanny X-Men, around the time of Maximum Security.

Is this the comic that was the inspiration for that awful, awful, awful TV pilot that I saw on – FOX, I think it was – about a decade ago? It featured Finola Hughes and some guy using a grating Scottish and/or Irish accent.

Billy Idol split off and released a single called “White Wedding.”

Yes.

They degenerated?
 :dubious:

That’s WWF right?

Chamber joined the uncanny xman cast for a bit, got his own 4-issue miniseries, and then joined weapon X. as a spy for the Xmen I’m not sure what happened to him after that because I’m still tracking down the Weapon X issues.

Husk is still in Uncanny last I knew, hooked up with Angel. And Jubilee showed up there too before I quit reading. Paige’s younger brother (Jesse?) can be seen in Academy X. Skin… sigh… was killed and crucified “off camera” by a bunch of anti-mutant priests.

Mondo never really was a part of Gen X, oddly. They set him up to be in the previews, then didn’t actually introduce him for several years, and then revealed that Mondo to be a plant/clone made by Black Tom Cassidy. (IIRC). I don’t think the “real” mondo ever actually joined the cast. He was only seen sitting on the beach with his sister, I think.

Oh, and Blink (the age-of-apocolypse version) came back, had her own miniseries, then joined the Exiles and leads them currently.
