Cyros’s thread about leg waxing reminded me to post that for the first time ever, the Hypno-Toad has been waxed. Just the back and neck, mind you, but that is still quite the accomplishment for me. Now, I don’t have to listen to the rustling sound or endure the death by itchiness when it’s breezy. I can finally stop trying to find a razor with a 12" handle. And brush fire season no longer poses a threat to my back. Only $25 for this miracle. Ahhhhh.
I was thinking of something more permanent, but laser hair removal is like $2000 for a set of three sessions. And it takes a minimum of three sessions to work. Probably five sessions in my case. In addition to being painful, Electrolysis is just too time consuming and painful for a whole back, shoulders and neck…
Yeah, it hurt. But not a lot and mostly on places like the neck rather than the majority of the back. For the cost of the three laser sessions, I can get 80 waxing sessions. That’s like 9 3/4 years. So I guess the future is waxy for the Hypno-Toad.
