Former NBA standout Wayman Tisdale has died after a long battle with cancer, he was 44.

I went to high school with him in Tulsa. He was as nice a person as you’ve ever met. His smile was infectious and he just made you feel good when he was around. What you saw of him on TV was exactly what he was in person. Nothing phony about him. He will be missed by everyone.
