I give it less than 3 days for him to put his Trump stamp on this news. I’d say he would do so sooner but I think he is visiting the Carrier plant where he lost 1000 jobs to Mexico recently.
I think it’s time Trump supporters started taking responsibility for their own stupidity and stopped blaming their decision to vote for Trump on all those mean liberals insulting their fragile feelings.
I’m looking for where I said ‘ignore them’ Far from it, you shouldn’t ignore them. Also I’m pretty sure a great deal of the people your tax dollars are funding also voted for Hillary. Thinking that these states get a disproportionate share of Federal tax dollars doesn’t mean that the direct recipients of those tax dollars voted for Trump.

This was my thought too - that most of the out-of-state food stamp money likely goes to Democrat voters more rather than Republican ones.
Another thing to consider too is that a disproportional amount of the tax money that goes to flyover states may well come from taxes paid by Republicans living in predominately liberal states.

Conservatives aren’t blaming mean liberals for increasing the numbers of Trump voters, they’re holding mean liberals responsible for the lack of support for Hillary. “Hey ASSHOLE, you should vote for Hillary”, isn’t much of a campaign slogan. Not a successful campaign slogan, anyway.
