The nice thing about living in Oviedo is that packages can sit on our porch all day and never get stolen (though my car once got hit when it was parked in the road for the only time ever and the bastards didn’t leave a note). But I usually get anything of value delivered to my office, since there’s always someone here to sign for it.
We had a package of medicine that was not delivered to us but instead put in “the milk box”. After two days of calling UPS and no follow up from the driver I had to hunt for them as Mrs Cad needed her meds. My street number is 583 and I found a milkbox with her meds in them at 853. Hey I get that they transposed two digits but their attitude about losing medicine was “We don’t give a fuck.”
