Commonly, harsher sounds like “s” are softened into “sh” so for ex. yes → yesh.
Yeah, I pretty much just use it when talking about puppy dogs and kitty cats.

Woo has given birth to three puppies, one of whom was born dead, I’m sorry to say.
But the other two seem to be doing well. One of each flavor!
Pictures to come at a more convenient time. Right now they’re isolated so that Woo won’t chill them to the bone by licking them too much.

If the past is any indication, this will probably be Woo’s last litter. They’re just too small and have too high a mortality rate. The last litter, of one, didn’t survive at all, if you’ll remember.

Samoyeds have always been my favorite, and these are making my teeth hurt from all the cute (which is an actual thing that I just learned is called “cute aggression”.)
