Website that allows me to track others' Google searches (of me)?

So I heard quickly in passing on the TV this morning that there is a website that allows you to find out information on searches others have been conducting on Google of my name (or presumably, any search). Didn’t catch much else, except the site had one syllable and perhaps started with a… K?

Any idea what they were talking about? Does this actually do what they claim, or perhaps only in a much more narrow sense?

Thanks! Ziggs is exactly the site they were talking about this morning (though predictably, it sounded like they just read off a press release, since none of the conditions or caveats in the article made it to the televised report.
