I can’t tell you coined the phrase, but Wednesday is “hump day” because it is the middle day of a typical 5 day work week.
Everything from Monday to Wednesday seems like an uphill battle, and from Wednesday on it’s easy street.

I remember when my gramma told me Wednesday was hump-day. I was about 12 and I just stared at her in shock. See, she’d always talk about Saturday being laundry-day, Monday was grocery-day and so on. So when she said that, I couldn’t believe my ears. She actually had a day designated just for humping? My poor little mind couldn’t handle that.
Is that the same as free-bagging?

Every day is “Hump” Day when you live in Thailand.
