Yeah, definitely playing fast and loose with that relationship. Quite odd.

Teen Titans was neat, but I’ve always hated Jericho, and my faith in Geoff Johns to make Jericho cool only extends so far.

Nextwave is awesome.

Guy Gardner : Collateral Damage - It’s hopelessly mired in current continuity, but… I don’t want it to be. Guy isn’t that much of a jackass. And that’s not G’nort, dammit.

Batman : Not bad for a quickie fill-in. I actually like the art.

Legion is awesome.

Wonder Woman, I loved, I just wish it would come out more often. I love the flashbacks of Hercules depicting him very similarly to the Marvel version. Of course, the recap of his history with WW is all news to me, cept the part about taking the girdle from her mother.

JSA : Classified - A use for Argus? Huh. I hope some of the others recover… butnice to see Crisis brought back a major JSA villain.

Batman/The Spirit - Pretty good story. Some iffy continuity, if it’s not in an alternate universe - it’s clearly very early in Batman’s carreer, but Harley’s there, for one - but that’s easy to ignore. The visual call-backs to Eisner - the lettering style, the splash page with the Spirit falling before the signage spelling his name behind him - are a wonderful touch.

Ultimate Fantastic Four - I really like this version of Thanos. Ironically, he seems LESS like a low-rent Darkseid here.
