At HS graduation I was around 110 and a size 1 to 2. It stayed that way through college, then started yo-yoing around. At my highest point I was a size 6. I really felt “wrong” the whole time. I’ve more recently gotten back to 2 and am working on 1 again (I’m only 5’2 and somewhat petite, so not trying to be underweight).
I graduated at 180 pounds (5’10") and now I am 300 pounds (and a tiny bit shorter). I thought I was fat at the time but now it’s my dream weight.
I’ve done some yo-yoing in the past 23 years, from a low of 145 to a high of 321. 100 lost, 140 gained back, etc., etc. The roller coaster ride continues.
Let’s see, 28 years ago: I’m 45.
I’m about 5’8" and went from 125 lbs to about 155 lbs now. A very gradual pound per year I guess.
Weight at high school graduation was 128, 5’9", down from 165 the year before that.
Weight now is 117, same height.
I’m satisfied with that.
I think I weigh about 10 lbs less. I was an athlete and weighed maybe 130 (at 5’9), and now, 14 years later I weigh about 120. I was down to about 98 for a while there and looked pretty grim. I hit 30, went on migraine preventative meds and went from about 100 to 120 in what felt like overnight! Kinda odd to suddenly have hips at the age of 30, let me tell you.
I weighted about 165 pounds when I finished high school. Today, at the age of 25, I weigh about 140. This may or may not relate to the fact that my high school cafeteria offered Papa Johns pizza on a daily basis.
1973: 6’2", 145
2008: 6’2" 230
The weight kinda snuck up on me.
