I was in love with Buck Owens for years. My old Granny would “babysit” us by sitting us in front of the tube, dumping out a bag of candy and comic books on the floor, and cracking open a bottle of Boone’s Farm for herself. We would watch Hee Haw and Lawrence Welk. I thought Buck Owens was the most gorgeous man alive. I kept trying to pawn off that other guy on my sister, but she wouldn’t have him.
He was a’pickin’ and I was a’grinnin’.
…oh, still madly in love with Iggy Pop, great, unrecognized genius and writer of lyrics to shame the likes of Morrison and Bowie…but…Buck was first. (Sigh.)

And Michael Cuccione. The young one from MTV’s mock boyband, 2Gether. Except one thing… he just died. Damnit, I still like him. The fact that he’s dead doesn’t stop me.

I caught YCDTOT several times over the Christmas holidays on YTV. It was on extremely late (or early, depending on your perspective) in a TBA slot. Insomnia can sometimes be a positive thing!

For about three years I’ve had a bit of a thing for the all too sexy Ed Harris.

I develop crushes on characters all the time. And then I have to go out and watch shows that the actors are in. I might even re-watch shows that I didn’t notice them in before.
One of my biggest crushes is on Walter Skinner of the X-files. I had a friend who watched the X-files who was trying to get me hooked. I thought the show was okay but not addictive. And then I saw Skinner and I thought “Whoa!” What an impressive, imposing figure! He’s so tall and masculine. I imagine him towering over me…well, I imagine a lot.
Morgan Freeman is another actor that I have a thing for. I don’t know what it is about him.
There are too many other ones to mention and they come and they go. I can’t stand discovering a new actor (crush) and then not having access to any of their other work. I’ve recently developed a crush on Paolo Montalban. He played the Prince in the recent live action “Cinderella” opposite Brandy. Absolutely gorgeous! So I got on IMDB and he wasn’t listed for anything else. Well, just recently he’s been updated for being in Mortal Combat something or other. I’m trying to control myself and not watch it just for him, it’s not my type of show. But I bet I give in…at least once.
Keep in mind that I was about 10 years old. Captain Kirk.
Also, at about the same time, there was this local show on late at night. It was a pretend children’s show. The guy was called Uncle Floyd. It originated in New Jersey.
Oh, and Nick Nolte. Boy was my imagination active as an adolescent.
Oh wow, for a brief period this past summer I watched that show religiously and had a crush on the blonde one who had the big brother in the band. I don’t remember his name on the show, but his RL name is Noah Bastian, and I allowed myself to get all swept away by those awful teenybopper sites…It was ugly. Finally I just deleted all the bookmarks and stopped watching the show.
He had pouty lips. Mmmmm. He also had the sweet, innocent, awkward thing going. Double mmmmmmm. 
When I was 17, I was briefly in love with Lance from *NSYNC. You know, the one who looks like an ugly woman. Don’t know what came over me!

No shit, me too. My celebrity crushes change every year, for some reason. First was during the summer of 1995 after Batman Forever came out, I had a total crush on Jim Carrey. Then it was Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson, Andy Kaufman, Christian Bale, and now Malcolm McDowell (especially in A Clockwork Orange which I have on my folder at school and people look at ME weird).

Guin- Yup. I loved Shawn for awhile (Rider Strong, that is), and then moved on to Eric. Great show…There was a bully guy…he came after Harvey Keiner, Griffen or something? He was hot too. And Mr. Turner? Not so bad.
Oh yeah. And Jack Nicholson. After I saw The Shining, it was like love-…lust, at first sight.
For me it was any Olympic Gymnist. Just something about how they balance themselves on the balance beam.
Other than that, there’s nobody else… at least nobody that isn’t a porn star!
