Weird synchronicity in your itunes shuffle

Today at work, I had my ipod on shuffle, randomly listening to tunes, when I was struck by a funny coincidence:

First, Yesterday by Miles Davis came on.

It was immediately followed by Today by Jefferson Airplane.

And after that, the next song to come up was Tomorrow by Morrissey.

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. All in a row. That made me chuckle.

Anybody else have some odd shuffles that synch together that way?

My iPhone ‘shuffled’ three songs in a row by The Kinks. Since I have only four songs by that band, I thought I must’ve taken it off shuffle by mistake.

This happens to me all the time. No way for me to explain it but it’s pretty crazy sometimes.
