Windows XP Startup Sound slowed down to 24 hours
We’re gonna have to go back to 2000 for this one, but I only discovered it a few weeks ago so it’s new to me, and I’ve found myself spending way too much time thinking about the logistics of how it was shot.
I really am getting weird in my old age; I thoroughly enjoyed that. I’ve always been partial to complicated percussion-scapes.
Only when John Cage does it. ;-
OK, now that is weird. Like seriously just on the edge of completely disjointed, but just enough within the line to be musical. And given the subject matter I’d say that wasn’t coincidence. Its either brilliantly weird, or weirdly brilliant. To figure out which I’d have to listen again, which may be damaging to my psyche. 
On the subject of my old-age weirdness, I’ve recently discovered the fusion of hard rock with Mongolian throat singing. It’s a stunning combination:
