I keep hearing about this ‘Halo’ thing. Please define.
And I’m too busy right now with interviews and home repair to play! I’ll have to land a job to get some peace and quiet. Phone interview this morning and a serious dinner meeting for a start up tonight at 6PM.
Halo: a gorgeous FPS with some very fun multiplayer. Easily the best console FPS ever, just barely (IMO) beating out Goldeneye for the N64 (I actually liked Perfect Dark solo better, but Goldeneye solo + its multplayer just rocked).
When I get my XBox I’m picking up:
Morrowind, which should have been released today. Halo, god help the store that doesn’t carry it (yes, I’m talking to you, Toys R Us down the street from me, I would have bought a console and three games that very day from you had you not let me down) Silent Hill 2, the first was the most terrifying experience ever, and I hear the second is nothing to sneeze at, either. Genma Onimusha or however it is spelled. Supposed to be a pretty fun RE style game with swords and stuff.
Eventually I will buy Soul Calibur 2: Soul Calibur is the refined art of video game fighting. I am still learning new and ingenious ways of beating the crap out of Hwang (that bastard). I expect the sequel to be just as good (I’m skeptical that any fighting game could ever be better ;)). Project Egp, hopefully better than Black and White though similar in its open endedness.
The rest of what I’m looking for are Gamecube games.
So is Obi-Wan fun or frustrating? I’ve gotten mixed reviews.
You didn’t get Halo as your first game? It’s going to be ok. Go to the store…NOW! Don’t tell anyone you don’t have it yet and when you’re buying it pretend that you have to buy another copy cause you other one wore out or something.
