A clear case of harrassment. He has created a hostile work enviroment. He has admitted as much to several witnesses.

What the hell is an 87 year old doing trying to run a company? I have a 90 yr old friend who is still very lucid and chairs a few committees and things. But he knows he’s not what he used to be. And he’s exceptional (which you are by definition at that age).
I hate racist bigots, but this old fart is just that way. No point in crucifying him. Give him a year or two and he’ll be dead anyway. Almost feel sorry for the poor old bastard.
Surely his staff can see the tragedy. Like that sit-com “Benson”.
He has survived three congestive heart failures and a massive intestinal blockage (that should have killed him) in the past two years. He just won’t die. Think Montgomery Burns and Jason combined and you get the picture. I do not feel sorry for him at all. As for crucifixion, you’re never too old to be taught a lesson.
