Weord HP tech support

I am currently on line for HP tech support, and the first person I talked to sounded like Stephen Hawking’s computer voice — but with a Spanish accent. I swear it.

Got a case Number from him and rtead it back to verify it. He verified. We then got disconnected. Called back. Now it’s a female version of Hawking’s computer voice.

She said the case number is wrong (it was) and she started to read the new number when I got diconnected a second time.

My printer problem was supposed to have been resolvedon a tech support call months ago. But it wasn’t. Am now on an interminable hold.

If I ever buy another HP product it will only because I want to talk to Steve.
