Ddamn… first Oliver Sacks, now Wes Craven… not a good day.
Never realized he was this old. His Nightmare Elm Street films were early to mid 80’s? I thought he was maybe 30 at the time. Maybe 65 now. 76 is quite a surprise.
Quite an amazing horror writer.
For no specific reason, and without knowing he died, we decided to watch Last House on the Left last night…

This is my favorite film of his. As a horror movie fanatic, he was in a class all by himself. What a huge talent we’ve all lost. Rest in peace, Wes.
