As in “dreams of an erotic nature leading to orgasm”?
Yes, but you need not worry. No woman thinks of you that way.
From what my female friends tell me, they do sometimes have erotic dreams of such intensity that they orgasm during them. They’ll also experience dreams that leave them highly aroused upon awakening, without having climaxed in their sleep. Why doubt them?
I do hope that someone chimes with with some rigorous sleep analysis studies, that have actually recorded the shift in brain activity concurrent with sexual arousal, and release. Otherwise, it's hearsay. ( Or, she're say rofl )

Wet dreams as in “dreams of a highly erotic nature that lead to climax”? Yes.
And as a relatively vocal somnoloquent, I can tell you that it’s really embarrassing to hear about it from your college roommate the next day.
It’ the “wet” part that is different for women. Although some of my dreams do get the juices flowing, it’s not exactly the same thing, is it?
So how common is this in males? Even back in my more testosterone-laden days, this never happened to me.
Me: only once.
Maybe you guys don’t know that young men have to lay off masturbating for a while before they can enjoy a ripsnorting wet dream.
Not the problem here. I mean, sure, I’ve done more than my share of self-exploration, but I quit for six months at one point (for religious reasons), and still nothing. shrug
I also had a health teacher tell me that every guy has wet dreams, and so I must be mistaken.

I used to have them quite a bit when I was younger, but now I don’t think I’ve had one since I was about 15 or 16. I never knew what it was all about until I was older, and I never told anyone because I thought it was something that only happened to guys. It’s good to know I’m not a freak.

Erotic dreams, no. Orgasms that wake me up from a deep sleep, yes. Couple times a month.
In women, unless they ejaculate, why should they be called ‘wet dreams’?
And more importantly, can a woman fake a dream orgasm?
Hey, do you wanna hold it down over there? I’m trying to sleep.
And this differs from being awake how?
Morning Pearls.
I was reading a book this morning (" A Life in the Bush") and it mentioned a famous Canadian poet of days gone by who was “so afraid of nocturnal emissions” that he slept on wooden boards and splashed his genitals with cold water before retiring for the night.
Erotic dreams? Yes. Orgasm? Yes. Both at the same time? Sometimes. “Wet” dream? You better believe it, although certainly not of the moisture level men create.
They’ve waned since I’ve become sexually active, but they do pop up every now and then. My boyfriend loves hearing the details.
