There are a lot of great ones that I like that have already been mentioned.

That and the whole “I don’t have time for bondage fun.” Buffy-in-Faith at Giles scene is great.

Everything with Xander in Buffy meets Dracula is hysterical. I’m not sure if he’s ever been as on as in that episode, he just nailed everyline and every scene.
Dawn thinking she had breaking news with spontanious singing at her school was a funny scene as well. Especially with Anya’s total acceptance of the possibility that she gave birth to a prehistoric creature.
Also all of Willow’s facial expressions in Him were great. As was her argument with Anya over him.

That was in Prophecy Girl when she knocked him out because he wanted to go after The Master.
When he went after Angelus, Jenny was already dead.
Right you are… in fact, that hit me after I hit Submit… it was Giles’ reaction to Buffy’s reaction that she was going to die at the hands of the Master. My bad.

The mayor giving the speech at graduation. Buffy and Willow can’t believe he’s going to torture them with the WHOLE speech before “evolving”.
Zanshin a “shipper” is somebody who wants a certain couple to be together–as in relationship. Some watch the show specifically to see their couples together, some don’t. And of course, there is a shipper for every single combination you can think of.

Yeah, Spander is one of the most popular combinations in fanfic.
The bit when they’re discussing how to stpo the Mayor ascending, and Cordelia says
‘Well, we know he’s afraid of germs, right? So we get some ebola…wait! We get a box and write ebola on it, and chase him. With the box.’
Cracks me up every time.
Most scenes involving the Mayor and Faith. They just responded so well to each other.
As already mentioned, Anya’s fruit-punch/mortality spiel. I liked Anya a whole lot more after that.

Giles is tied to a chair. Angelus has been torturing him. Zander arrives to rescue Giles. Giles thinks Zander isn’t real because they’ve been, “making me see what I wnat to see”. Zander says, “why would you want to see me?” Giles immediately realizes that Zander is, indeed, real.
Zander and his twin saying, in unison, “Kill us both, Spock!”
Various times when any two or all three of the Geek Trio get into something totally geeky from comics, Star Trek, or whatever.
Joyce saying (don’t remember her exact words, but something along the lines of), “You died!? When did you die?!”
Buffy saying, “You had sex with Giles? On top of a police car? Twice!?”
Giles’ reaction when Buffy returns to Sunnydale (after having run away and been gone for several months).
