a) What song repeats “Roam if you want to…”. Sounds like the Pretenders? or, maybe the Bangles?
b) Also, who remade “Hazy Shade of Winter”? I WAG, the Bangles?
Thanks,

Rooooaaammm if you want to…
Roooooaammm around the world…
Like my voice. The song is called…Roam. And it was dont by the same group that brought you Loveshack…The B-52s.
The hazy shade of winter remake was the bangles. At least I think so. It’s a little hazy…
Yes, “Hazy Shade of Winter” was remade by the Bangles.
I don’t know who should be more offended…Kate, Susanna (look at my puppy eyes) or Chrissie.
T’anks, y’all…
Ah, '80’s music: Yeah, there are some good 1980’s tunes, but the era stands in stark contrast to the 1970’s.
Beyond the electric guitar, 1980’s music was highly influenced by electronic keyboards, some synthized drumming, and a sprinkling of what might be deemed “white” rap, in a few cases.
Little talent, will travel; "they get the money for nothing and the chicks for free…’
Oh, I know who should…
Who’s Kate?
Kate Pierson (B-52s), Susanna Hoffs (Bangles), Chrissie Hynde (Pretenders).
You’re welcome.
The Banbles did a remake of Simon & Garfunkel’s “Hazy Shade of Winter” for the “Less than Zero” soundtrack.
