What 80s TV series involved tales of sci-fi, horror, thrillers, etc

sometimes I will vaguely recall a TV episode of some horror show and think it was from one series but after searching the episode archives realize it was a totally different TV show.

So having said that what all TV series from the 80s (I guess you can include late 70s and early 90s in this question) were there?

HBO had The Hitchhiker, consisting mostly of thriller episodes but occasionally including supernatural themes.

“Nightvisions” and “Darkroom” might also qualify.

I supposed Eerie Indiana might qualify, but since the 2 main characters were the same for all the episodes I doubt I’d get confused by that.
