What A Jerk!

Hey!, what happened to my post? Must have timed out before it could post. OK, here’s a repeat.

Check out the feedback that dukelarue left for this deceased E-bay seller:

A negative feedback for dieing? How low can a person get?

That guy is either someone with utterly no life, or one hell of an attention-seeker. Pfft.

RIGHT when the auction ended? The guy’s been dead for almost two months. But then how did he bid…?

Seems like they both have no life.

sorry, sorry, so sorry

I don’t use ebay so I’m not sure how it works. Do you have to buy from someone to leave feedback? I remember seeing a website showcasing the work of a prankster who left “feedback” making jokes about people’s usernames on ebay (even though he had never dealt with them before). Perhaps this is another prankster like that. It’s a very cruel prank, if the person actually died. :frowning:
Is it possible that the person may have “faked” their death to get out of paying or delivering goods? I know that is a horrible thing to suggest but there have been some cases where people have pretended to die online. Perhaps that is why this rude feedback was left?

No, he’s definitely dead. I know/knew him and his family. He died from a massive stroke. He was 70, he lived for selling his toys on e-bay.

I don’t see how having negative feedback is gonna hurt him now…

You have only the winner of the auction and the person selling can leave feedback for each other.
