So this thing is supposedly a mind control weapon, or a giant radio antenna, or an anti-al Qaeda subterranean stratospheric X-ray machine. What’s the beef? Does it work? Can it control minds? Tinfoil time? I know, I’m chuckling as I write, but even the master himsel can’t give the straight dope, can anyone else?

Careful, this will attract the crazies, like me!!! From what i can gleen about HAARP, it is either a mind control projuect which is an offshoot of Tesla’s death ray and does something involving punching a hole in the atmosphere, or it is some freaky weather thing. I personally think it started as a weather machine, but then got bloated and head changed so many times, it is not a freakish mutant gov’t program that has no real purpose. Just like the cube in Cube.
Bigass radio antenna farm. Radiates a great deal of radio waves. What for, I dunno. What effects it has on the atmosphere (weather control eventually, I think is the idea) is a thing. Maybe it’s the military’s attempt to contact ET.
