I just got a job offer! More money that I am making now doing something that I want to do (DBA)and it’s going ot be a blast! The job is in my current location, not too far from home.
I stalled on accepting their offer them because I have another final round of interviews with another company this Friday! This second company is much smaller and sounds like even more fun than the first (go figure, I think work is fun). This one is in Silicon Valley. On the other side of the country! GREAT weather (no hurricanes), great city, more expensive than my current one (but not by that much).
I may have two offers. Current city, new job, new field. New city, new job, new field. It’s going to be an interesting two weeks for me.
