What are some songs about money?

My dad’s putting together a motivational money CD for his work and we need some help coming up with songs that have to do with money. So far we have:

Money (That’s What I Want) by Barrett Strong
Money by Pink Floyd
Money for Nothing by Dire Straits
Material Girl by Madonna
I Wanna Be Rich by Calloway

What are some other good, reasonably well-known songs about money? Preferably not Anthrax or Big Tymerz or something like that, but more pop-y or oldies type stuff. Any suggestions?

“For The Love Of Money” by the O’Jays
“Money Don’t Matter 2Nite” by Prince
“All That Money Wants” by Psychadelic Furs
“Gimme Some Money” by Spinal Tap

Brass In Pocket by The Pretenders? (tenuous, I know)

i dunno if this one works for you, but in my case…

George Gershwin’s “I Got Plenty O’ Nuthin’”

How about some pessimistic country? “All the Gold in California”

“It’s All About the Benjamins” by Shit Heady…er…Puff Daddy.

“Just Got Paid” --ZZ Top

“Money Talks” - AC/DC
“Just Got Paid” - from some R&B group in the 80s

Then there’s that tune from 42nd Street (the play). “We’re in the Money” or something like that. Can’t remember the exact name of the tune. You know, you can get into trouble being a heterosexual in New York City with any sort of knowledge of show tunes…

Got Your Money - ODB

If I was a rich man, deedledidledeedledoodle etc

Monty Python’s Money Song

I’ve got ninety thousand pounds in my pajamas.
I’ve got forty thousand French francs in my fridge.
I’ve got lots of lovely lira,
Now the Deutschmark’s getting dearer,
And my dollar bills would buy the Brooklyn Bridge.

There is nothing quite as wonderful as money!
There is nothing quite as beautiful as cash!
Some people say it’s folly, but I’d rather have the lolly,
With money you can make a smash!

There is nothing quite as wonderful as money!
There is nothing like a newly minted pound!
Everyone must hanker for the butchness of a banker,
It’s accountancy that makes the world go round!

You can keep your Marxist ways, for it’s only just a phase…
Money, money, money makes the world go round!!!

Money! Money! Money! Money! Money! Money! Money! Money! Money!!!

All day long I’d deedledidledum if I were a rich, rich man…

[sub]I can’t believe I didn’t think to post this one first[/sub]

“More Money, More problems” – Puff Daddy

“We’re In The Money”

“Money Machine” by James Taylor

How about “God Bless The Child”, or Billy Joel’s “Allentown” That oughta be great for a motivational peice! Nothing like calling economic disparity to the attention of corporate employees! Hey while we’re at it, there has to be some good cuts from Springstein’s “Nebraska” Album.
