Your opinion?
I’ve seen Metroid Fusion, but am wondering what are other, intense and high quality action games.
You can get perfect ports of Doom 1 and 2, Wolfenstein 3d, and an excellent edition of Duke Nukem 3d (but not a port). And believe it or not, Ecks vs. Sever is a great game, even though the movie sucked.

The two current Castlevania games are great platform action/adventure, and there is a third coming out this summer rumored to be even better than these two (both graphics wise and gameplay.)
BTW, I hope you have the SP version, otherwise, I pity your poor eyes and the screen they must strain to see.
I second Castlevania. I only played the first one before my GBA walked out on me, but it was an excellent game.
