I got obsessed with this yogurt while in Europe and cannot get it now. It’s full of little chewy bits and I’m not entirely sure what they are. Grains, obviously. Barley, I think, is one of them. Does anyone know? And could I just cook up some 7-grain pilaf and mix it in with yogurt to get the same result? If you haven’t tried this stuff, do. You might hate it, but if you love it you will find yourself eating a tub a day. Easily.
