Every four years, just before the presidential primary elections begin, the news magazines print the bookmakers’ odds for all the candidates, even long-shots like Gary Bauer. Since betting on presidential elections is illegal in the U.S. they publish the odds from London oddsmakers like Ladbrokes. But then you never hear what the updated odds are as the election comes nearer. Is Ladbrokes still taking bets? I couldn’t find any indication on their web site.
If there are bookmakers still legally taking bets overseas, what are the current odds? (I’m not going to place a bet, I’m just curious what the odds might be).
