The Gospels themselves have “for many” rather than “for all”. Christ’s sacrifice was offered on behalf of all, but is not efficacious for all, hence, in that sense, it is not “for” those who reject Him.

Interesting thing about all of you kneel-after-communioners…I have been told that the GIRM says that the congregation should be seated and join the hymns after communion, and begin to reflect silently only when the priest does. This is relatively new, but as a Lector we have been instructed to follow this guideline as an example for the rest of the attendees.
I am sure, however, that most people simply think me a heathen with no idea how to behave in church.
