I’ve been in a helicopter flying over Treriksröset (the northernmost point of Sweden, where Finland, Norway and Sweden meet), at 69’4" N. If helicopters fall under the airplane restriction I’ve been on foot in Abisko at 68’21" N.
As for the southernmost point, I’ve been to Crete at 35 N.

I first crossed the Equator at the age of 2 – I don’t remember it, but I do know that I was travelling north at the time.
I expect robby and casdave can probably beat most people for most northward, being submariners; equally, I expect they probably can’t tell us about it.
So it looks like alanak is the most extreme for the north bracket. What were you doing up there anyway? What is it like? Cryptoderk wins in the south at 51. Cryptoderk wins the widest spread, at about 111 deg. too.
