What are the most extreme latitudes you've experienced?

I’ve only been in the northern hemisphere.

Furthest north: Reykjavik, Iceland, 64°08’ N
Furthest south: Singapore. 1°17′N

-sorry

North: The Quiraing, Isle of Skye, Scotland
South: San Diego, California

54 degrees north in Prince George, B.C. Canada (by train from Boston in July 1968)

18 degrees north in Puerto Rico (by US Navy Destroyer USS Miller (DD 535) from Boston in January 1964)

Furthest north with ground beneath my feet was at Sjuøyane at Svalbard 80°50 north, but I have been beyond 81° up to the edge of the polar ice too. I remember on one night watch on that trip the chief mate suddenly asked me to look after the rudder when he went down to get some more coffee, and told me not to steer into too many of the larger icefloats

Furthest south would be Jervis Bay south of Sydney at 35°05 south.

Furthest north: Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada : 48.20N 89.15W

Furthest south: Marrakech, Morocco: 31.09N 08.0W

No wait. I think Costa Rica is farther south.

San Jose, Costa Rica: 9º 56’ N, 84º 05’ W.

Dad had me beat. He stood inside the Arctic Circle, and spend months on the Antarctic continent.
