We all know Angelinos and Gothamites .
Then there’s the classical Minneapolitans ;
So, would a person from Cincinnati be a Cincinnatus ?
Are people in Nome called Pessimists ?
Do city nicknames fit in? Would a Pittsburgh native be a Golden Triangulator ?
What else? Real or suggested.
We are called Edmontonians, pretty boring really. Edmonton is known as the City of Champions tho… so maybe we should be Championians.
In Michigan, there are Kalamazoo’s Kalamazoon . Like something on a biology test, huh?
College students.

I used to live and teach in Cambridge, MA and hence I was a Cantabridgian. The same applies to Canbridge, England, I believe.
The British always were poor spellers. But then they mock the Welsh fondness for “ll” and “w”, so it’s all relative.
Well I call most of them Idiots!
In Windsor, it was Windsorites. Now I’m in Tecumseh, but I will have to find out what we’re called…
In Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, the people are somtimes called Soos, like the Soo Locks canal, but then strangers try to spell it Sioux. What a hoot!

I once tried to convince my friends in Toronto to abbreviate by calling themselves “Tontos”. They didn’t bite. Maybe someone told them what it meant in Spanish
Tonto in Spanish is “idiot”

First off, X-files, that’s a UL. Cecil has burned that one on many occasions.
People in South Bend are called Benders.
Connor- Cecil make an error? Not likely is it.
Now a translator program is different:

Marylanders (yawn). But with the local accent, it sounds like “merlindurs.” People from Baltimore are called Baltimorians, but I (and a few other folks) say Baltimorons.
Interesting side note: Baltimore is the “City that reads” yeah right! Instead, we call it:
The city that bleeds
the city one leaves
and a few other funny ones.
I remember when there was a joke that the French part of the sign was spelled wrong. “Edmonton, City of mushrooms”.
Saskatonians. Or, when people think they’re funny, “Toon towners”.
Bah.
Glaswegians - from Glasgow
My last city? Aberdeen - Aberdonians
Both pretty boring I’m afraid.
People in Vienna are “Wieners”, no joke.
