I’m very happy! Tonight was opening night for the play I’m working on, The Blue Room, and it went very well. I’m getting lots of hours in at work, and well paid, plus quite a few overtime hours too. I love the theater, so I’m getting paid to do what I love!

I’m happy because I might be getting another job, so I’ll work all summer and save some money for a car, then I’ll quit my old job and I’ll have time to do theater myself. Saweet!
I’m happy because I have a brand new nephew, born April 29th. Weighs 9 lbs, 10 oz, measures 23".
What else? Got a raise this week. Yeah.
And last but not least, I have a pre-approved mortgage. Sweet. I can’t believe they’re willing to lend me all that money. :eek:
I’m happy because we are approved for a brand new house that is twice the size of our current home (I can’t believe it!)
Our current home sold in two days.
I stand a good chance at a promotion which will boost my pay by four dollars an hour.
My family is healthy.

While I like what I do, it’s a bit hellacious right now, so I’m happy that it’s Saturday, and I’m not at work. I’m even happier that in a few hours I’ll be quaffin’ suds and munchin’ down crabs with a dozen or more Houston Dopers.
Let’s see… wonder child turned 12 yesterday, I have a happy life and love our home after a year of being in it and I have an SO that is awesome. Yep, life is good.
I’m happy because I made it into the International Thespian Society. And I got a 97 average on my midterm report.

I’m happy because my husband is amazing, our miracle munchkin turns 2 in two weeks and we have another miracle munchkin brewing comfortably in my belly. Our house is happy and full of love and life Oh andmy mother went home!!!
